ORDERING

How do I place an order ?

You can order through phone by calling 647-847-8111, 416-276-4836 or by visiting our store located
at 2523 Yonge Street Toronto On M4P2H9 or by sending us an email at bakesandgoods@rogers.com.

What payment methods do you accept ?

Payment may be made by cash, Master card or Visa card.

To what locations do you deliver ?

We deliver within GTA. Delivery charge starts from $15
Please call for delivery charges and for deliveries outside the GTA.

When will you deliver my order ?

We deliver on the date you specify.
Cookie Bouquet deliveries need 2 days notice.
Cookie Gram and cookie basket can be delivered on the same day if you order before noon.
Order made in the afternoon will be delivered the following day.

About our products

What is the shelf life of your cookies/brownies ?

Our cookies/brownies should be eaten within 8 weeks, but it is best that they are eaten within
7-10 days from delivery. As with any baked goods, the earlier you eat them, then the fresher
they are and the better they will taste.  

Are your products nut- free ?

Yes. Nuts are not allowed in our facilities. We make sure that our ingredients are nut- free.

Are your products made by hand ?

Yes. All our products are handmade in small batches and made from scratch just the way mommies and
grandmas do the old fashioned-way.

Can I purchase a customized arrangement of my own design and choices ?

Yes, just tell us what you want and we love to work with you in any way we can.
